Entourage
November 25, 2008
Vince and his crew are headed back to where it all started: Queens, NY. After getting fired from his possible last chance in Hollywood, Vince needs some much needed R&R and his mommy's love. Of coarse Drama, Turtle and E are along for the ride...
The boys are busy partying it up in NYC, much to Drama and Vince's mother's dismay. Usually concerned about where Drama is headed in life, this trip makes Vince the loser. At least in his eyes. Meanwhile Turtle is remembering why he left Queens in the first place, an overbearing, somewhat crazy mother who still treats him like he is five. Like they say, "there's no place like home."

Vince is now totally screwed. As if his life wasn't already in shambles, the director of Smoke Jumpers is determined to fully ruin it. On a lighter note, Turtle is finally getting some action! And from Jamie-Lynn Sigler none the less! Go Turtle!
The clock strikes 4 a.m. when Turtle gets a booty call from Jamie. Shocked, but very very excited, Turtle attempts to sneak out of the house without anyone seeing him. That way, he doesn't have to tell anyone where he is going. Too bad for him, Vince isn't getting much sleep these days. Awake and drinking a cup of coffee before shooting, he asks Turtle where he is going. Turtle doesn't want to lie to Vince, so he asks that Vince not inquire about where he is heading. Vince obliges, but E and Drama are too curious for their own good. Wondering what the hell he can be doing that doesn't include them.

One would hope after last week's crap, this week would be a little brighter for Vince and Co. However, it seems things are getting worse for the crew. Not only did Vince have his lines given away by the movie's director, now it seems his lines are being cut out all together. Maybe Vince isn't as good an actor as he once thought.
Meanwhile, Eric is trying get Charlie's pilot made. The only problem is Amy, who wants Seth Green in the show. Now, if you remember, Seth and E don't get along. Not even close. They actually despise each other because Seth was trying to get with Sloan, and E "sucker punched" Seth as a result. Charlie is too busy getting laid to understand E is not happy about this.

Not one of my favorite episodes this season. Not at all. Actually, it was a fairly uneventful and rather boring episode. Worst to date. But enough complaining, on with the recap.
Vince is finally starting Smoke Jumpers, and the boys have followed him out to farm country for filming. Drama is taking the country boy thing a little too seriously. Especially when he wakes up the entire house by banging together two pans. Vince seems very nervous this morning. As he should be. This is his comeback, he may never have another chance.

It looks as though the boys didn't have as much fun in Hawaii as planned. I think that's safe to assume seeing as how they are flying commercial home. Turns out there is only one first class seat available. And the winner is...Turtle! Johnny is not happy he has to sit in coach with us common folk. He's even more upset to learn that Turtle met Jamie Lynn-Sigler (a.k.a Tony Soprano's daughter) AND sat next to her. Then, Drama really flips his lid when he hears Turtle got a hand job from her. However, he refuses to believe Turtle is telling the truth.

With the death of Alan, things are really looking up for Vince. Sounds terrible, I know. Leave it to Ari to mix business with a funeral.
Meanwhile, Vince got a million dollar modeling deal, much to the excitement of Drama, Turtle and Eric who are convinced they will find one to sleep with. Freddy, the man behind Vince's new deal has cast Natasha, a stunning model, as Vince's co-star. Turns out, Vince knows her from a long flight they shared. No, the mile high club did not gain two members, but Vince really fell for her after the 11 hour flight.

With things a little tight around Vince and Co., everyone is stepping up to help. Well, to Ari, helping is betting Vince's career on a game of golf. To Turtle, helping means getting a real job. If you call working as Drama's assistant a real job.
It's a Wednesday afternoon around Hollywood and Ari is convince he can get Vince the second lead in Smoke Jumpers by betting Alan on a game of golf. Little does Ari know, Alan has a helping hand: Phil Mickelson. Benji is looking better and better everyday.

This show keeps getting better and better! In an effort to decide if Benji is really the movie for him, Vince and the boys are off for a trippy adventure. Literally.
Poor Ari is busting his ass to get Vince the role in Smoke Jumpers, however, due to Vince's diva-like Aquaman 2 fiasco, Ari is getting no where. While Vince contemplates why he was such an ass, Ari, convincingly I may add, talks up Benji to be the next Babe. At least Vince would be getting $3 million to play a veterinarian. As Ari put it, Vince would be doing what most Americans do, take a job because they needed the money. While Drama and E tell Vinnie they can take care of him for a while, Turtle notices his car getting repossessed. Looks like Benji is in Vince's future...

While taking bong rips to cure his hangover, Vince has a busy day of BS interviews with studio execs about E's new script. However, Vince seems more concerned with Drama getting to The View on time then with his own faltering career.
E and Vince are off to their first of seven meetings. While they may think they are on their own, the site of Ari waiving "a white flag" in the air haults their excitement for an Ari free day. He has finally read the script and tells Eric he is impressed. Ari then blames Eric's lack of pitching for the reason it took him so long to read the script in the first place. Ari THEN tells E to screw over Amanda and Ed Norton so he and Vince can sell the script and get Vince the starring role. This is where the problems really start.

Let's start by congratulating Jeremy Piven on yet another Emmy win. This episode again proves, though he may be arrogant, he makes a great TV star. Anyway, opening the show is Turtle begging Vince for details of his late night tryst with Justine. After refusing to kiss and tell, Drama chimes in, not yet over his broken heart thanks to Frenchy. I believe a new term has been coined this episode, Ho-zey. According to Drama this is his ex-girlfriend, a hoe and a floozy.
